MANAGING PARTNER/CHIEF CONSULTANT
Babatunde Ajala is a seasoned chartered accountant and a chartered tax practitioner with two decades post qualified experience.
He is also a Sage 50 U.S. Edition accounting software certified consultant and authorised partner.
ACADEMIC STATUS
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State in 2001 and a National Diploma in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos in 1992.
PROFESSIONAL BODIES MEMBERSHIP
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).

As an accounting software deployment consultant, he holds the following certifications:
- Sage 50—U.S. Edition Certified Consultant (First certification in 2013 and latest recertification in 2018)
- Sage 50—U.S. Edition 2013 Certified Premier Advisor
- Palladium Enterprise Accounting Certified Business Partner.
WORK EXPERIENCE RECORD
Tunde Ajala is presently the Managing Partner/Chief Consultant of Babatunde Ajala & Co. (Chartered Accountants & Chartered Tax Practitioners) a firm he founded in 2001.
He, likewise, consults for Omotade Olowole & Co. (Chartered Accountants) to work for NAPIMS/NNPC. Major jobs include:
- Audit And Development Of Project Materials’ Asset Register For JV/PSC Operations for Yoho (Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited) Projects Completed As At 31st December 2006 (2008).
- Verification of Independent Marketers – Lifting & Payments 1st January to 31st December 2006 in PPMC, Gombe Depot. (2008)
- Audit Of The Operations Of Agip Energy And Natural Resources (AENR) OML 116 For The Period January 1 – December 31, 2011 (2013)
Preceding his present work experience, he had worked with TELL Communications Limited, Publisher of a renowned magazine, TELL, between 1996 and 2001 as the Chief Accountant.
Before taken the TELL appointment, he had worked as a manager in various capacities in audit firms, manufacturing company and finance company.

Ola Ajala is a Chartered Accountant and a tax practitioner. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and an Associate of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
He provides audit review for the firm and ensures that the firm deals effectively with risk management.

David has more than seventeen years experience in setting overall IT strategy, Developing and Implementing Information Technology solution that facilitates corporate growth, with proving ability to bring benefits of IT to solve business problems while managing costs and risks.
A Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation in Nigeria; Graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Associate Member of Computer professional of Nigeria, Authorised dealing clerk with Nigerian Stock Exchange.
He assists the Principal Partner in Providing strategic direction to the firm.
